R-01 — Player Help

1. Getting started

1. Open the app and wait until login finishes (Home Lobby appears).
2. Open Player Setup and set a display name (shown on teams and rankings).
3. Open Inventory / Hero Lv Up to see your heroes.
4. Open Campaign Map to clear stages and earn rewards.
5. Set a team lineup before PvP or ranked fights (see Teams & lineups).

Home Lobby — what each area is for

2. Account & new iPhone

Playing on one phone

You play with a device account created on this iPhone. Progress that lives on the server (heroes, inventory, display name, synced campaign) is tied to that account while you are online.

Keep progress on a new iPhone (or after reinstall)

1. On your first iPhone: open Player Setup → tap Link Sign in with Apple once (same Apple ID you will use later).
2. On the new iPhone (or after reinstall): open Player Setup → tap Sign in with Apple (same Apple ID) before you play much.
3. You should see the same display name / account after sign-in.

Tip: Link Apple on the old phone first, then Sign in on the new one. Same Apple ID on several iPhones shares one game account.

3. Heroes & inventory

• Inventory — all owned items and heroes.
• Hero Lv Up — open a hero to grow level / merge / equipment / magic (as available in the UI).
• Battle rewards and shop grants appear in inventory; some rewards also arrive by Mail.
• Keep a strong core of 6 heroes for your default fight lineup.

4. Campaign

1. Open Campaign Map and pick a chapter / stage you have unlocked.
2. Clear stages to unlock the next ones (usually need at least 1★ on the previous stage).
3. Earn up to 3★ per stage; higher stars record your best clear.
4. First clears may grant XP to the heroes you used and/or a pick-one reward.
5. Campaign progress is saved to your account while you are online (after login / Apple link it can follow you to a new device).

If a stage looks locked: clear the previous stage first, or Sign in with Apple if you are on a new phone and expected old progress.

5. Teams & lineups

• Set a default 6-hero team for Party / Accumulate / Team Exercise style modes (Your Team / Let’s Vs flows).
• For PvP and Rank: use Save defense (or Set defense team) so other players have a lineup to fight.
• Create Team / Join Team — form or join a party; team names must follow in-game length rules.
• Only share what you are comfortable showing publicly (display name appears to others).

6. Combat modes

Campaign (PvE)

Story and adventure stages against computer opponents. Best for learning heroes and earning early rewards.

Your Team / PvP (other players)

Upload or refresh a defense roster, then attack another player’s defense. Daily attempt limits may apply.

Rank Match

Join the ladder for the season, set defense teams (1–6 team formats depending on mode), fight ranked opponents, and submit results as the UI prompts. Seasons and rewards follow the in-game schedule.

Let’s Vs (party / clash modes)

Includes modes such as Team Clash, Hero Clash, and Accumulate Fight:

1. Create or join as directed on the Let’s Vs hub.
2. Set lineups / ready when asked.
3. Fight or resolve before the deadline shown in the UI.
4. Rewards are often delivered by Mail.

Read the on-screen status text for timers, cooldowns, and whose turn it is.

7. Stores & gold rewards

Gold Reward (optional ads)

• Open Gold Reward from the Home Lobby (under Stores).
• Tap Get Gold Reward to watch a short video ad.
• After the ad completes, gold is added to your in-game wallet (stay online and signed in).
• Ads are optional — you can play without watching them.
• If gold does not appear: wait a moment, reopen the Gold Reward page, restart the app, then contact support with the approximate time.

We never ask for your Apple ID password inside the game.

8. Mail, messages & chat

• Mail — system rewards, ad reward grants, staff replies to Help tickets.
• Messages — whispers / private messages between players.
• Party chat — chat with your current party when available.

Check Mail after events, clashes, and rewarded ads.

9. Settings (Player Setup)

• Language — English / 繁體中文 / 简体中文 (tap the language button to cycle).
• Sound — on / off.
• Battle VFX — on / off (turn off on older devices if battles feel slow).
• Display name — unique per game title; a save cooldown may apply after changes.
• Sign in with Apple — Link once on your main phone; Sign in on a new phone or after reinstall to restore the same account.
• Delete Account — permanently deletes your game account and progress (two confirmations). A fresh account is created on this device afterward.

In the app

1. Open Help from the Home Lobby.
2. Tap Open Support Page for guides and contact options.

Outside the app

• Privacy Policy: see your published privacy policy URL (App Store listing)

Fair play

Do not cheat, abuse other players, or exploit bugs for unfair advantage. Report serious issues via Help so we can fix them.

12. Quick checklist for new testers

1. Install latest TestFlight build (iOS 18+).
2. Set display name.
3. Link Sign in with Apple if you may switch phones or reinstall.
4. Clear a few Campaign stages (stay online so progress syncs).
5. Set a defense team / try one Rank or PvP fight.
6. If something breaks, use Help → Open Support Page or email support.
